The Beauty of Retrospect: Another Sheila Johnson Week, Part Five

Sheila Johnson had a non-speaking role in the 1988 Eddie Murphy movie Coming To America as a lady-in-waiting to an African prince, which was one of many roles Murphy played in that movie alone.  She made it an objective to become an actress and play more roles herself, though not multiple roles in the same movie. 😃 Her modeling career cooled going forward in to the 1990s, but she continued to model during that decade.

And as these two nineties  pictures from her portfolio show, she still had it. 💘 

Ms. Johnson more or less retired from modeling in the year 2000, and she never became a movie star, but she's still a star in my book.  

And someone has to answer for not casting her in the 2021 sequel to Coming To America.
