Emma Stone is a young American actress who has made a huge impression on her film career.
Her breakthrough movie role was as a teen party host in Superbad, a 2007 comedy about two boys about to graduate from high school who want to lose their virginity. Ms. Stone was nineteen years old that time.
Since then, Ms. Stone has made so many movies that any effort to document them here sufficiently would take up two much bandwidth. So I'll cite four major roles of hers: Skeeter, an aspiring writer uncomfortable in racism in her hometown in 1960s Mississippi in 2011's The Help; Sophie, a mystic living on the Cote d'Azur in Woody Allen's 2014 film Magic In the Moonlight; Mia Dolan, an aspiring actress in the 2016 musical comedy La La Land, and: Billie Jena King in Battle of the Sexes, a 2017 biographical film about the September 1973 tennis match between King and Bobby Riggs.
Ms. Stone's next big project is playing Disney villain Cruella deVil in Cruella, a live-action movie based on the animated Disney classic 101 Dalmatians.
