I last featured Rosie Vela in December 2017, and I'm still finding wonderful photos from her illustrious modeling career The first two of these pictures are from 1978.
The above photo is from the September/October 1978 issue of Vogue Patterns. The one below is a very regal portrait of our heroine - taken for, as I recall, a magazine cover.
And when being beautiful wasn't enough, she could always turn on the sex appeal, as in the photo below!
A singer and songwriter, Rosie Vela also maintains an artistic presence with her modern-art paintings. Incidentally, she dated Peter Max once, so that might have inspired her. :-)
