CNBC newswoman Deirdre Bosa

Deirdre Bosa is a broadcast journalist who has developed an impressive résumé that has taken her all over the world.


She has been a frequent presence on air and online as a CNBC contributor, reporting out of Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada.

Before joining CNBC in 2012, she had been an anchorwoman and reporter for the Chinese TV network CCTV News International, and she also was a contributor to Fox Business News. At CNBC she covered the London and Singapore markets and co-anchored many of CNBC's morning programs, including "Worldwide Exchange."

Ms. Bosa left CNBC to be a freelance reporter based in Vancouver, though she still did contribute to CNBC. She rejoined the cable channel full time in 2016 as a technology reporter.

Ms. Bosa graduated McGill University in Montreal and has a journalism master's degree from the University of Hong Kong.
