She worked with numerous photographers, including Francesco Scavullo, who, like he did with other top models, brought out sex appeal in her that she likely didn't know she had. The evidence is in the Scavullo photo above.
And as gorgeous as she looks in black and white, she looks more so in color, as the picture below from a 1976 fashion editorial demonstrates.
Ms. Cooper also did ads for cosmetics companies. The photo below is from a Maybelline ad.

She was represented largely by the Elite agency in New York City.
Today, Lisa Cooper lives in Woodstock, New York working as a real estate agent. A more recent picture of her - in her current vocation - is below.
"With New York as my base, I traveled around the world on assignments, but when not working I would always retreat to the Catskills to relax and renew," she says of her modeling career. It was that attraction to the Catskill area that led her to settle their permanently with her family. :-)
