Gisele Zelauy made her way to Europe to pursue a modeling career and took the fashion world by storm. Giorgio Armani declared her to be his favorite model. She became a muse to the House of Chanel and she worked over a decade with renowned fashion photographers such as Richard Avedon and Peter Lindbergh. She currently lives in the West Hollywood section of Los Angeles.
She's known to be outspoken and eccentric, two qualities that make a good writer. It should come as no surprise that she's written a novel - "Shake-Up," about a young model who seeks to get even with the two people who destroyed her career.
Gisele Zelauy's own career was never destroyed. That's why it's called a novel, not a memoir. :-)
