Actress Gillian Alexy

Gillian Alexy is an Australian actress who is a familiar face to avid watchers of American public television.

She played Tayler Geddes, a farm hand who gets involved in complicated relationships, on "McLeod's Daughters," an Australian TV drama about sisters who run an inherited cattle ranch in the state of South Australia.  The series originally ran Down Under from 2001 to 2009, but it has also been aired on PBS in the United States. 

Ms. Alexy also appeared in the Australian romantic drama movie West in 2007.  In the 2010s, she would play one-shot roles in numerous American television series, such as "Blue Bloods" and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."
