Regina Katz is a model who was active in the late eighties and early nineties.
She appeared in magazines such as Amica, and L'Officiel, and she's also been on the cover of the Australian edition of Vogue.
Both of the pictures of Ms. Katz in this post are from fashion editorials in New York magazine. The first one at top is from the August 26, 1991 issues, and the second one at the bottom is from the February 24, 1992 issue.
