Julia Jones is an actress best known for unorthodox roles in unorthodox movies and TV shows.
She's best known for playing Leah Clearwater, a woman who can turn into a wolf, in the Twilight horror-movie franchise, and she plays Angela Bishop, a small-town police chief, in "Dexter: New Blood," in which serial killer Dexter Morgan has escaped justice while carrying on a romantic relationship (!) with Chief Bishop. If he can only suppress his urge to kill . . .
Ms Jones has been in other movies, but she's also done some notable TV work, having played a casino waitress in the Peacock sitcom "Rutherford Falls," about the conflicts between the descendent of a town's white founder and a local Native American tribe running a casino.
Despite the political incorrectness of such a sitcom, it managed to stay on the air for two seasons.
