Another year, another list of women I featured for the first time in the past twelve months - and quite frankly, I didn't think I'd come up with enough names. But as of now, I have posted pictures of 1,600 different women - some, you may have noticed, more than once. 😉
I don't know if I can make it to 1,700 women this time next year. See, the model composite site run by one Peter Marlowe had long been a source for many of the more obscure models I've featured and the site I used to identify a striking-looking model who turned out to be Sara Kapp. Anyway, I'm using the past and past-perfect tenses here for a reason; Marlowe announced he was going to take his site down at the end of this year. He actually did it much sooner. So it's going to be harder to come up with new names with the loss of such a great source.
That said, I'm sure there are plenty of women of other professions I can find, and the women I've featured in the past twelve months are, as always, a mix of models, actresses, singers, and at least one ex-model who became a professor. As always, their nationalities are provided except where I don't now them. So here, without further ado, is the latest census for this blog.
