Actress Colette Blonigan

Colette Blonigan is an actress who used to be a model.

 

But you probably figured that out already. 😃

She appeared in many movies in the 1970s and the 1980s, such as 1982's Diner and the 1985 sci-fi/horror satire The Stuff, as well as the 1978 TV movie How To Pick Up Girls.  Her co-stars in these movies included recognizable names such as Desi Arnaz, Jr., Polly Bergen, and  Alan King in How to Pick Up Girls and Garrett Morris and Paul Sorvino in The Stuff, and she became a friend of a fellow cast member in Diner - Claudia Cron, an earlier honoree on this blog.  She also shared screen time with Mickey Rourke and Kevin Bacon in that movie.

So, she's only one degree of separation from Kevin Bacon. 

And to think, actors more famous than Ms. Blonigan are farther removed from Kevin Bacon, the center of Hollywood.  So that makes her a bigger success. 😊
