Originally from Illinois, Margo Price is a baby in country music terms. At 38 years of age as of this writing, she; released three albums in the past five years - 2016's Midwest Farmer's Daughter, 2017's All American Made, and 2020's That's How Rumors Get Started. Her songs - which include singles such as "Hurtin' (On the Bottle), "A Little Pain," an "Weakness" - reflect an interest in writing songs about "life's cruel twists and unjust turns," as the magazine Nashville Scene noted.
Ms. Price has won numerous awards for her Americana-style music, and she writes many of her songs with her husband and guitarist Jeremy Ivey.
