I posted a picture of an unidentified model from a Buf-Puf cleanser ad in June 2017 asking if anyone could provide me with her name. Someone just did - a fellow by the name of Barry Weinbaum confirmed that her name is Jennifer Burry.
Jennifer Burry is a model who was active in the 1980s and early 1990s, and Mr. Weinbaum tells me he worked with her for several Avon catalog shoots. She also modeled for covers of British Vogue and for Harper's Bazzar. Ms, Burry was represented by the Elite agency before going to the lesser-known Kinsley agency.
Thanks to Barry Weinbaum for this ID. 😊

I worked on the Buf Puf account at Grey and shot this ad and a TV spot with same model. Can’t recall her name but legendary David Leddick was the creative director. He did lots of Revlon, Clairol and L’Oreal ads.
I photographed Jennifer at the beginning of her career and she was with Ford then. Eileen Ford saw my photos and asked to meet me because of them. It was obvious that Eileen expected Jennifer to be her next star. But Eileen was looking for gossip which I said that I did not have. I photographed her and that was it. Very weird on the part of Eileen to try to coerce private information.
Hello, I am connected to Jennifer and was wondering if you know where I could access the ford photos?…. I believe she was in her late teenage years if they are similar to the one I have. She would’ve been posed as a farmer with like a wicker hat and a green tractor… also I’m curious who you’re mentioning above about looking for drama is that one of the owners of the Ford company itself? As in like they thought that you and her had a relationship and they were trying to get more info I’m just trying to learn more about her.
I've never seen those photos of Jennifer Burry before, so I wouldn't know where to find them. I can keep an eye out for them or maybe Google her name to look for him.
