Zara Larsson is Sweden's biggest pop act since ABBA.
She made a big splash in her home country and the rest of Scandinavia with her 2014 album 1, which followed her 2013 debut EP Introducing. 1 featured the hit song "Uncover," as well as hits like "She's Not Me" and "Carry You Home." Her follow-up album So Good made noise in the Anglophonic world, as most of its singles reached the British Top Fifteen and "Never Forget You" peaked at number thirteen on the Billboard singles chart in America.
Ms. Larsson is a feminist and an active one at that. You can expect her to make more noise - musically and socially - in this new decade.
