Ms. Calderon was trained at the Royal Conservatory of Professional Dance of Madrid and started her career with the Zurich Ballet in Switzerland. She eventually made her way back to Spain and became a soloist in the Barcelona Ballet before coming to America. Ms. Calderon danced with the Houston Ballet before ultimately joining Pennsylvania Ballet in 2015.
Among Ms. Calderon's credits are roles in Don Quixote, Swan Lake, Coppélia, and In the Upper Room.
