Regine Jaffry is a model who was active in the late sixties and early seventies.

Among the many magazines she appeared in (or on) are Vogue, Mademoiselle, and Seventeen.

She also did several cosmetics ads, including ads for Elizabeth Arden and Revlon. The picture above is from an ad for the latter brand.
