Dani Minnick is possibly the cutest girl ever to become a spokesmodel for Virginia Slims cigarettes.
She started out as a model but soon gravitated to acting, playing small roles and walk-ons. She became a spokesmodel for the pseudo-feminist, carcinogenic product known as Virginia Slims for about four years beginning in 1983.
Her acting career blossomed when she played Rebecca Morrison in the soap opera "Days of Our Lives," and she even appeared in obscure horror films like 1989's From the Dead of Night and 1990's The Sleeping Car.
More recently, Ms. Minnick has moved fro macting in films to directing them, having made the award-winning independent 2001 movie Falling Like This. She's currently working on The Needs of Kim Stanley, about a famous actress of the 1950s.
