Maret Halinen is a model from Finland who has made a home for herself in the Hudson Valley countryside.
As a model, she based herself in Manhattan and worked through the Elite modeling agency, appearing in many fashion editorials and on covers of magazines such as Elle and Glamour. She later began working as a corporate professional and collaborated with different business leaders.
Today, Maret Halinen is a real estate agent in the quiet upstate town of Hudson, New York. Many New York City models of her generation have gone from modeling agencies to real estate agencies, but most of them have remained in New York City.
Ms. Halinen (pictured above in her real estate office headshot), simply prefers the country life. She had no qualm about trading her 212 phone number for a 518 number. 😊
