It's been nearly five years - November 2018, to be exact - since I last featured Juli Foster on this blog, and this picture certainly makes the case for featuring her here again!
This picture indeed captures Ms. Foster's intense, intoxicating beauty - in spades.
Unfortunately that once again means . . . no smile.
If there's a picture of Juli Foster smiling worth presenting here, well, I haven't found it.
