Actress Mary Louise Weller

Mary Louise Weller first came to America's attention as college girl Mandy Pepperidge in National Lampoon's Animal House, who, as anyone who saw the movie knows, was fated to become the wife of United States Senator John F. Blutarsky. :-D

As a result of that role, Ms. Weller appeared in several movies in the late seventies and early eighties, including a small role in The Bell Jar, a 1979 movie based on Sylvia Plath's novel, an she was in the  action movie Forced Vengeance and the British horror movie Blood Tide, both from 1982.

She had guest roles in many TV shows during that period, but her most famous TV appearance was in a commercial for Jean Nate (pronounced "nat-TAY") after-bath splash.  She played an unstoppable jockey.  Above is a still from that commercial.

Ms. Weller has since retired from acting.
