Remember the promotional video for Robert Palmer's 1985 single "Addicted To Love," with all of the pale-faced models with their hair pulled back "playing" the instruments? Well, Julie Pankhurst was the one "playing" the keyboard.
In real life ,Julie Pankhurst is a British fashion model who was represented by the Elite agency. She has done several fashion edmitrotal and also appeared on the covers of the British magazine Options and the British edition of Cosmopolitan.
Fun fact: Rumor had it that the promotional video for "Addicted To Love" was filmed, the lovely lasses in the background were added in with trick editing after Palmer was filmed miming to his own vocal through computer technology. Not true. The video was film with the five women together with Palmer. And Palmer like the result so much he made promotional videos for three more of his singles with the same "concept."
