Model Jourdan Dunn

Jourdan Dunn is a British model of mixed Jamaican and Middle Eastern descent, putting new spin on diversity in the modeling profession.

She started out as a catwalk model, appearing in for Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren, later for Louis Vuitton and Valentino.  She would appear in no fewer than 135 shows during the 2008 and 2009 spring fashion seasons.

Although Ms. Dunn became famous for her incredible legs, her equally lovely face helped her get on the overs of numerous international editions of Vogue and  Elle.  She has also been in ad campaigns for Ann Taylor, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Yves Saint Laurent, Michael Kors, Saks Fifth Avenue, and others.

Although Ms. Dunn has been in demand as a black model, she has sometimes been the only black model in a fashion show, a condition she has publicly spoken out against.
