Mexican actress Grettell Valdez

Mexico's Grettell Valdez is a popular actress on Mexican television, starring mostly in telenovelas.

Her two most prominent series in Mexico are "Clase 406," a high-school series from the early 2000s looking at the problems of Hispanic youth, in which she played student Daniela Jiménez Robles.  In 2004 she had the main role in "Ángel Rebelde" as Lucía Valderrama Covarrubias, a woman who works in a house she doesn't realize belongs to her grandmother and who falls in love with a young man who s the object of a long-lost relative of Lucía.

Ms. Valdez has started in numerous roles on Mexican TV since than, and to document that would require an entirely separate blog.  However, she has notably played a doctor, Ana Caballero, in the Mexican telenovela "M.D.: Life On the Line," a more recent addition to her credits.
