Model Phyllis Taylor

Phyllis Taylor is a model from the seventies who was based in London.

She was represented by the Models1 agency in that city, and she sported a distinctive look with her bobbed blonde hair and her deep, dark eyes.

I have no idea why she never became as famous as, say, Jean Shrimpton or Twiggy, but if there's any severities London model who deserved recognition, it's Phyllis Taylor.  

But then, I always try to celebrate the beauty of obscure women as well as more famous ones.  Especially when it comes to models.  Phyllis Taylor may never have gotten name recognition, she may never have been a spokesmodel for an international cosmetics brand (at least not to the best of knowledge), and she may never have married a rock star, but she is very beautiful, regardless of her lack of notoriety, and that's why she's included here. 💗
