I know I posted a week's worth of photos of Margrit Ramme back in June of this year (2021), but, as it's Christmas Eve, I couldn't not post this picture of her, taken fifty Christmases ago.
Yes, that's Margrit with Santa Claus!
A few men posing with women have made it onto this blog - Muhammad Ali, Paul McCartney, Harry Truman - but I've never had Saint Nick appear on this blog until now. I only regret that this picture isn't in color.
It seems appropriate for Margrit to pose with Santa, as she came from the country - Germany - that invented the Christmas tree.
