TV newswoman Sydney Olsen

 Sydney Olsen is a young woman with a long career ahead of her in disseminating information.

After graduating from the University of Missouri on Columbia, Mo. in 2018, with a bachelor's degree in journalism, she joined KMIZ-TV in that town and became a weeknight reporter and weekend anchor for the station.

She's since had a change in careers.  She's still in Columbia, but she has a new job - she's the town's public information officer.

Local journalism in Columbia, no doubt, is all the poorer for her career change, but Ms. Olsen may be a reporter again one day.
