Actress Shay Mitchell

Shay Mitchell is a Canadian actress who rose to fame as a cast member of the TV series "Pretty Little Liars."

She played Emily Fields, a shy, superstitious teenager in he popular mystery-thriller series about a group of girls looking for their leader  The show was broadcast on the basic-cable channel ABC Family for seven years beginning in 2010.

Ms. Mitchell has had a few roles in the movies, such as director Garry Marshall's last movie, 2016's Mother's Day, about young Atlantans dealing with their mothers, but her biggest claim to fame is the small screen.  She currently stars in "Dollface," a TV comedy streaming on Hulu, playing Stella Cole, a confidante of the main character, Jules Wiley (played by Kat Dennings) who reconnects with her female friends after breaking up with her boyfriend.

Ms, Mitchell gets her unique looks from her Scotch-Irish mother and her Philippine mother.

Fun fact.  She's been a spokesmodel for Pantene shampoo.
