Rachel Bonnetta hosts a weekly program devoted to sports gambling, "Lock It In." Born and raised in Toronto, she took a gamble to make it big in American television.
Having moved to Los Angeles, Ms. Bonnetta started out in her early twenties by hosting "The Zone" on YTV, a television network based in Canada. Eventually she made it on to Fox Sports an became a commentator of professional soccer. She expanded her media presence with her You Tube channel "@TheBuzzer" which features sports videos, some viral stories, and humorous material that Ms. Bonnetta finds on the Internet. In short, it's a typical YouTube channel - but on that happens to get seven million views from 5,000 followers and others.
Fun fact: Although commenting on soccer made her famous, her favorite sport is volleyball.
