MSNBC's Norah O'Donnell
Norah O'Donnell is the Washington correspondent for the MSNBC cable news channel.
She sometimes substitutes for Chris Matthews on "Hardball," and there are times (certainly when the situation calls for it) when she can be as tough as he is! :-D
