If you were to look up "bubbly" in the dictionary, you'd probably be greeted with a picture of Mindy Kaling as a definition!
An actress and comedy writer, Mindy Kaling plays Kelly Kapoor on the NBC sitcom "The Office," and she's more recognizable for her sweetly chipper demeanor than the fact that she is one of the few Americans of Indian decent on American commercial television. (Remember, Parminder Nagra is British.) Her character is in an office romance with Ryan Howard (played by B.J. Novak); interestingly, the interracial angle is not played up.

Mindy Kaling is adorable. I enjoy her brief appearances on The Office that are usually comprised of the wittiest lines in the episode. She's a treat. I hear she has a new series coming out (her original idea and script writing.)
