And for my last post of Beverly Lee (whom I last featured in November 2021) in this two-month-long retrospective, I present two more catalog pictures, both from 1984.
The picture above is from a catalog issued by the late and lamented Montgomery Ward department store, while the one below is from a catalog from JC Penney, which is, incredibly, still holding on.
Why do I post so many pictures of Beverly Lee on my blog, aside from the fact that she's drop-dead gorgeous? Simply because of this. She is a legend in modeling and still revered within the modeling profession and the fashion and beauty world by her peers, but she's known less by name than by sight outside those realms. Part of the reason this blog exists, as far as models go, is to put names to familiar faces.
And fewer names deserve to celebrated more than the name of Beverly Lee. Modeling professionals and fashion and beauty insiders already know that.
